Because I’m sure that this won’t further infuriate people who are already at a breaking point over police brutality and possibly be the straw that pushes someone to do a copycat of Dallas and Baton Rouge.

Well done Clark and RNC fuckskunks.......well done.

We are having a FIELD DAY right now on my feed. This po’ muhfucka is trying SO HARD for them folks and they’d shoot his black ass dead if he knocked on their door at 10 pm in street clothes.

But there is always one. From the field to the house to the precinct, there’s always that one.

Come on, we all know that Freddie was an attention seeker; he broke his own neck just to make those Baltimore peace officers look bad.

I’m sure David Clarke could get the nickel tour too if he leaves that uniform at home and visits Bmore.

Palin is not there. Trump said she is not attending because Cleveland is too far from Alaska. I kid you not.

Wow that is perfect. I live in Milwaukee and everyone in the city hates this fucker. Yet, the predominantly white suburbs and the fact that he runs as a democrat keeps him as our sheriff.

The white suburbs are the only place he makes regular appearances, too. Likes to show up in his ratty cowboy hat and sleeveless t-shirts to show how macho he is. Not that it's a huge deal, but he has a white wife too. The guy seems to have a bad case of black denial.

Does anyone think the DNC audience (or the Gawker majority) would not cheer a conviction? Both sides are terrible. Can we agree on that?

Nah. First, this probably wouldn’t make it into a speech at the DNC.

Second, one side killed a man. The other side did not. So no, they’re actually not equal.

No. Cheering someone getting away with killing someone is not anywhere near the same as cheering a conviction.

This is a ridiculous false equivalency.

Because clearly Freddie Gray broke his own spine.

How can they CHEER about anything related to that case?

Add that to King’s ‘white’s are the best!’ Comment on msnbc tonight and this is too much— and just day one 😳

The same way they could cheer about people without health insurance dying. For 35+ years this party has told everyone that they’re on their own, that being poor is a character flaw, and that white Christian Americans are better than everyone else and should get special treatment from the justice system. After all that indoctrination, why wouldn’t they cheer?

White straight Christian Americans. But they’ll gladly use the music of a gay man who died from the plague they ignored because it was only effecting blacks, gays, and drug addicts.

The cops deliberately ignored safety rules in order to punish the subject and he died. The city has paid or will pay millions of tax dollars for it. And perhaps most galling, literally this has happened before in Philadelphia so can the who could have foreseen this crap.

This is what gets me - while these cops may not have deserved to be convicted for what they did (I don’t know the law enough to say one way or the other), there’s no way these cops should be allowed back on the job much less cheered like this...

It was a tough prosecution, because beyond a reasonable doubt is a pretty tough standard, but I thought their conduct was clearly reckless and was very close to being clearly the cause of death.
