    That’s it!

    I no longer want a Clinton/Warren ticket.

    If there’s a Trump/Trump ticket, then there should be a Clinton/Obama ticket.

Is that possible? He shouldn’t obviously, but does the constitution preclude going from POTUS to VP?

ETA: now I realize that you totally meant Michelle. It’s been a long morning.

I predicted this. Although I admit I thought it would be one of his shithead sons, but Ivanka makes more sense. They are the only humans who will tolerate and worship Trump’s delusional grandiosity in a manner he will find acceptable.

“I agree, right? She’s got the beautiful looks, right?”

Definitely the first thing I look for in the second in line for the presidency. All about the looks. Looks, looks, looks.

Father-daughter portraits can be special, even poignant, but they’re just so handsy in this image, it’s really disconcerting.

Oh please, oh please let them do this. Let him name her only for someone to point out 3 minutes later that it violates the Constituion. There is no better way to illustrate how little this man understand about the job that he doens’t grasp the two Constitutional basic requirements of a VP nomination:

    1) that the be eligible to be President (over 35, Natural Born)

and 2) That they be from a different state as the President.

      1) She will be 35 before Inauguration Day

      2) That’s not what the 12th Amendment says

But I agree: please, please let Trump do this. I believe it would mark end-of-days for the GOP as we know it.

Which part? They have to be inhabitents of a different state, and as a federal appeals court ruled in 2000, being registered to vote was enough of a way for Cheney to be considered an inhabitent of Wyoming....

Although I was wrong elsewhere. I thought Cheney had done it well in advance. In fact he registered to vote in Wyoming on July 21, 2000, so there is time for Ivanka to move.

It's hard to imagine a more bottom heavy ticket (though Chris Christie comes to mind).

lol... No. I meant that she’s so much more impressive than her father and that Chris Christie is fat. Though I do think Ivanka is quite fetching and Queen knows my type.

Ivanka will be 35 years, 7 days old at the election - barely legal.

Just the way The Donald likes them! I think we have our VP candidate.

Also, I believe Eric Trump has this wrong, she only has to be 35 years old by Inauguration - I could not be shocked less by the error.

Age at election doesn’t matter so much as age when taking office in January of 2017 and oh god why are we even discussing this like it could be a thing?

Dude, since Donald first became serious about running, I KNEW it would be a thing.

He might be talked out of it by party officials, but it’s said his son-in-law (Ivanka’s husband) is a major influence in his campaign - he just isn’t formally signed on.
