      You think she may be trying to give the Murdock kid a good enough reason to fire Ailes? What with the complaint specifically mentioning that he acted illegally and in his personal capacity and was not advancing the interests of Fox News? A plaintiff normally wants to get everyone possible on the hook for liability, but her complaint actually makes statements which exonerate Fox News from liability. This could put Ailes in a position where he might have to file a complaint for indemnification from his employer, it could force him to sue Fox. This is all unusual and I suspect deliberate and strategic.
