    I wonder how much longer the Daily Show has? All of the reasons that I watched are gone—John Oliver, Jon Stewart, Sam Bee, and now Jessica Williams. I gave up shortly after Trevor Noah took over. Is there really any reason to watch anymore?

      Hasan Minhaj, will be the next to leave. He is doing less and less on the show. Sometimes i forget he is still with the show since he will only show up once a month.

    Trevor Noah’s farewell was so awkward and stilted and fell so far short of what she deserves it was painfully clear why she no longer belongs on this show. I stopped watching a while ago but tuned in last night for this, and just cringed. Looking forward to seeing you in something awesome Jessica!

      Savage. She showed just how stupid and uninformed the bernie or bust crowd is. People pretending that they have integrity when really it’s just personal and sour grapes. This is the magnificent group that loves to tell you how to vote. What a bunch of fucking clowns.

        Hopefully that is a small percentage. I prefer Bernie, but Clinton is an acceptable second choice. I'm a little worried about her being a hawk and too anti regulation for Wall Street, but the Supreme Court matters and womens helath matters and sane economic policies matter. I don't understand how anyone can vote Trump.

      I thought she was one of the last three correspondents from Jon Stewart days? Hasan Minhaj and Jordan Klepper are both still on the show and they were both correspondents for Stewart, as well.

        There really has to be more to this story. Did she really turn it down outright? Did the CC bigwigs actually encourage her or scuff their feet at the offer? Tell her that if she was the host she’d have a lot less freedom than Stewart/Noah got? Paid a lot less? I feel like it had to have been something.
