      I did not remember Clooney even being on that show, was he crossing over from Facts of Life? Good old Golden Girls, those silly old women as my late Grandmother used to call them, still holds up today.

      No, he was the older cop’s younger partner for that episode. He got shot trying to capture the jewelry thieves. He was probably in his late twenties?

      I think he was one of the few available men on the show that Blanche never flirted with lol. She acted more like a mother towards him. It was sweet.

      Yes, this show definitely holds up. The eighties outfits are a hoot though. My God, that was awful decade for fashion.

      Yes, when George was just a wee, young, very fluffy headed lad. GG is great for great for playing “Before they were famous” or “Hey! It’s THAT Guy!” since there were so many guests on the show over the years.
