      It’s the fact that everything in her life seems to be perfectly manufactured and she always seems to place herself as the victim, that’s what bothers me.

      If she just made her music and didn’t bait people with her personal life and then get annoyed when people take said bait, I wouldn’t care so much.

    I know that everyone is going be all QUEEN TAYLOR, which *sideeye*

    But I’m kind of #teamcalvin only because I feel like dating Taylor Swift would be one of the single most exhausting experiences. In that, it’s like a frog in a boiling pot of water. The water get’s hotter little by little and by the time the waters boiling your fucked. And it’s only till your done, that you realize how fucking exhausting it was constantly having to look a certain way or be a certain per her request cause she has a brand to maintain. And he’s not a monster for that.

    I’m not sure I understand why anyone would view this is as an attack on Swift (assuming it’s actually Harris posting). He doesn’t come off as bitter or angry, and other than saying she controlled the media perception of their relationship (which, duh, controlling media perception of her image is one of her greatest talents as a business person), he’s not even saying she did anything “wrong”.

    Honestly, it seems like they had a cordial break up, no one is upset, she’s moved on and he’s glad to be away from the circus that is dating Taylor Swift. That he is honest about it (again, assuming it’s him) is the only remarkable thing here, and even then, he’s not saying anything everyone hasn’t already assumed.
