    The neighbors are concerned most of all that there is a children’s artistic center not far from the building and that children can see the woman sunbathing on their way to the center.

    Kids always get trotted out as excuses for adults’ prudishness. Wouldn’t want them to see a bum glowing in the noonday sun as opposed to all the ass in porn and advertising.

      I think they’re concerned that children will shrivel up and die if they see a nude body too early in life. And by too early, they mean never. When they grow up, they’re supposed to marry, have sex exactly 2.3 times to procreate the required number of offspring, under the sheets, clothed, averting their gazes. And never look in the mirror while naked. And try to bathe their eventual aforementioned offspring with clothes on. It’s either that or lawless, drug-addled, nymphomania spiraling down into the deepest levels of Hell.

      At least I think it goes something like that.
