    Really, because I think reading that was pretty terrifying. I hate to say it but I am getting more and more terrified of the Pride celebration this weekend in NYC because nut jobs like this.

    It really, really sucks that I’m afraid of going out at night or to the parade because some mentally ill moron snapped because of his shitty life and now wants to take it out on everyone.

    And great, I’m glad that “white guy with mental illness” once again saves him from being classified a terrorist. Literally his messages seem to indicate that he wants to strike fear for whatever cause (albeit illogical/not sane) he had.

      I’ll put the FBI domestic terrorism definition for you:

      “Domestic terrorism” means activities with the following three characteristics:

      • Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
      • Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and
      • Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.

      Guess what! That’s a bingo! Note the “or” modifier - meaning that it only has to satisfy one of those three. So he’s (they are?) a domestic terrorist.

    So this guy was going to try to pull a real life Punisher and kill drug dealers to avenge the death of his daughter? What was this guys plan exactly? Gun down anyone who looked like they were dealing drugs?

    Also how the heck is this not terrorism?

    I get the impulse, but how would he even know who to kill? Drug dealers aren’t just shady looking black guys on street corners... they come in all colors and sizes.

    I live about 8 minutes from Emmaus, PA.

    Before jumping to any ridiculous conclusions, keep in mind that everything in their truck is perfectly legal to travel with in Pennsylvania, as long as they have a valid PA-issued LTCF. If they were stopped in Pennsylvania, they wouldn’t have even been cited, let alone made into a news story.

      No need for insults. The folks in the truck should have known better than to travel into New Jersey with any guns or ammo of any kind. Particularly since one of them was a dealer.

      A $20 box of .22 HP ammo, purchased legally at a Walmart in Pennnsylvania, will get you over 500 years in prison if you’re caught with it rattling around in your trunk in New Jersey.

    Hahahahaha. That truck is rolling probable cause. Almost as bad as a Chevy Caprice with 40 inch wheels. Also the original source says they found weed and all three dudes are suspected to be, quote, “heavy heroin users”. Which is surprising, because that truck is pure crystal meth.
