Man, the NYPD is so bogus. They are all about stop and frisk and racial profiling and they straight up murdered Eric Gartman. Def time for a change.

And at first I thought that change was Bernie Sanders. Hell, I kinda still do. But you know what? We’re damn lucky to have a legit baller of a candidate in Hillary Clinton. Her resume is bling blangin without a doubt.

So check it, now that I’ve had some time to actually learn about Hillary now that not enough people voted for Bernie I’ve become super impressed by her. And hey, if I can cast a historic vote for the first woman president? Well damn, that’s a nice story to tell my future daughter. Actually getting pretty excited now.

Seriously, I mean no offense, but holy shit you sound like what a 40-something person thinks a hip twenty-something would sound like.

There’s been a definite theme of forced-casual “ex-Bernie supporters” flooding the comments for the last few weeks. And you all seem to have a daily quota of comments with variations of the exact same structure: establish Bernie support, transition to Hillary’s strong resume (bling blangin without a doubt!), close with heartfelt note about how you’re getting excited to vote for her.

Maybe there’s just a bunch of totally rad young people who suddenly decided to start supporting Hillary and be very vocal about it in the Gawker comments. Maybe you’re just a bizarre social experiment. Maybe you’re part of Hillary’s advertising budget. I’ve got no problems with any of those options.

I don’t have much else to say, really. Bling blangin without a doubt.

It’s the same dude posting under dozens of different aliases.

It’s also not a real show of support for Hillary, it’s just sarcastic trolling.

I’ve become increasingly convinced that Trump is not going to be the republican nominee. The people in the party are running from him faster than I thought possible as he’s shown that he’s not changing, he’s not raising any money, and he’s made no effort to build any semblance of a campaign.

Who is going to speak at the convention? The Bushes, Romney, McCain have all already declined. I don’t think Christie can talk for four days.

He may prefer them to steal it from him, then he can play the wronged victor role for the rest of his life without spending the next six months getting shellacked. Then if they lose, he can point to their departure from him as the cause.

The question is: who would take the nomination? Not only would they have to build a campaign and war chest in record time, but they’d have to fight to get the base back on board while also fighting the political machine that is Clinton. Then again, you’d get to be the party savior, and the bar is so low for you that any performance above total annihilation would be a win.

There would also be the outside chance that the right person could line up the GOP in short order with fresh enthusiasm. Imagine the idolatry of Ryan if he stepped in and won. Plus, as shown by Bernie and her polling against Trump, Clinton is a pretty unpopular candidate...

If they do rip it from him, I am staying the fuck inside for a month. Things are going to get especially shooty out there. More so.

I legitimately think Romney is the only guy who has the name ID and infrastructure to mount a real bid... And I don’t think the crazy right wingers would buy in.

Maybe Paul Ryan, but even he's made himself sound more moderate recently. And those nuts hate them some moderation.

They did protect and serve, just only some people and only in exchange for cash and hookers.

Oh, so I guess it wasn’t just the East Bay ones that were out of control...

Again, what are we doing that demands that we be policed?

This is a tip of a NYC corruption iceberg floating in a sea of cash the result of a decade of near or below zero interest rates.
