As a gun owner (because popping off rounds at the range is great stress relief), I’m happy to say the NRA can fuck right off. Put me on as many lists as you like if it catches or discourages even one potential mass murderer and saves even one life. If the government ever wants my gun, they are welcome to take it. I just want a receipt, please.

For those who feel their guns are the only protection against a rogue government, get over yourselves. You are not that significant.

I’m a gun owner who owns an assault rifle, and the NRA can fuck right off. I’d have no problem whatsoever with strict licensing.

The NRA has very little to do with actual gun owners; it’s a lobbying organization for gun manufacturers. Which is why there is nothing they love more than mass shootings with as many dead Americans as possible — it’s excellent for business.

The bigger the body counts, the more sane people talk about the need for him control — which just gives them more opportunities to shriek about how the scary black Muslim in the White House is coming to take everyone’s guns. Which makes the idiots who masturbate to Guns and Ammo run out and buy more guns.

More mass shootings is — and will always be — better for their clients’ bottom line. Which is why they are going to continue to fight as hard to possible to make sure nothing stops terrorists or any other murderous lunatics from getting their hands on as many weapons as possible, capable of slaughtering as many people as possible with the least possible effort.

No, we failed to stop him because of the NRA. Because the NRA opposes any and all proposed laws to restrict gun sales, suspected terrorists are able to buy guns all the time, even if they can’t fly on a plane.

“Anything which they feel restricts the use or the ability to retain a gun they’re opposed to,” bill co-sponsor Rep. Pete King (R-L.I.) told the Daily News.

“It’s sort of a knee-jerk reaction,” he said Tuesday. “The National Rifle Association is strongly opposed to it and the fact is we have only a handful of Republican co-sponsors.”

    ...

Currently, some known or suspected terrorists are prohibited from boarding airplanes by the government’s no-fly list — but all are allowed to buy assault rifles and other weapons.

While the bill remained a nonstarter, more than 2,000 suspects on the FBI’s Terrorist Watchlist bought weapons in the U.S. over the last 11 years, according to the federal Government Accountability Office.

The GAO reported that 91% of all suspected terrorists who tried to buy guns in America walked away with the weapon they wanted over the time period, with just 190 rejected despite their ominous histories.

Well, yeah. That’s the whole point of this PR offensive: to create a target for them and their allies to blame, loudly and frequently, until we get tired of their crap and stop bothering them. Then another mass murder happens and they do it again. Deny, delay, obfuscate, rinse and repeat.

It’s time for us to admit that radical Islam is a hate crime waiting to happen.

And thanks to you there is nothing stopping known radicals from walking into a store and buying military grade assault rifles.

This is not about guns, it is about Muslims and Homosexuals and how they are bad for society. Let’s not take our eyes off what is important.

If we’ve learned anything from the Wars on Terror and Christmas, the only obvious solution is to declare war on yet another abstract, undefinable idea and start droning that son of a bitch political correctness into smithereens.

I propose a War on the FBI. They had Pete Seeger under surveillance for 30 years and couldn’t prevent his crimes. Same with MLK. It’s time we show the FBI we’re serious.

Lone wolves have no emails or telephone calls of interest to snoop on. Until we finally get Congressional, FDA and FCC approval to use the mind hacking/monitoring technology I have developed (fuck you Ted Yoho, you obstructionist prick), we are powerless to predict and prevent lone wolf terrorists.

Just as relevant as it was when I posted the same comment yesterday: If only Obama had shown the foresight just 11 or 12 days ago to recognize that events like Orlando could happen!

Was it political correctness or transgender bathroom sharia law?

    Who can really say?

The important thing to remember is that guns had nothing to do with this.

I hope this organization gets hit by a proverbial bus the next time it steps out into the streets. May it live in interesting times.

I have no patience for the gun lobby, anymore. Zero chill for them. I have nothing for these shameless and cynical purveyors of death and destruction but curses. May they all eventually experience the grief they heap on everyone else.

What a bunch of vile, vile, scummy garbage people. They’ve been responsible for and have had their bloody finers in more American murders than any overseas terrorist group. Time to put these bastards on a watchlist.
