      Yeah, lying is not what put Gawker in its current predicament. You could make an argument that they “lied” in the Geithner thing, but it would be stretching the definition quite a bit. And that story isn’t the reason they are filing. Two demonstrably true stories (Thiel and Hogan) are the source of that.
