    Y’know, we all get what you did there, but it’s not funny. When the people in all your user-created kinja forums have already been reporting on the Gawker Media bankruptcy filing for the last hour while you have yet to mention it directly (unless you’re counting the above tongue-in-cheek quote as “coverage”), that’s pretty sad.

    Come on, Pareene. Nobody likes to talk about this kind of shit, but it has to be done. So get it done already and control the portion of the conversation that you can control.

    -A journalist who has been through the bankruptcy filing and subsequent sale of the media outlet she once worked at.
