    I’m sorry, can we talk about Deray’s vest for a minute? Dude needs to retire that thing. It was fine at first, I thought it was cool when he started wearing it on TV, etc. But between wearing it over his shirt/tie while he was running for mayor and wearing it with his doctoral robe at the commencement for The New School, it’s just getting to be too much.

    Left out? He’s a capitalist, first and foremost and as such, his reason for being is to make money for his company. That’s it. So all his talk about stay woke (vomit) and being on the ground in Ferguson and talking with Deray.. is nothing more than a money-based decision. That’s it. When he is with the board.. he’s not talking about #blacklivesmatter, hell, he isn’t even talking about #blacktwitter. He’s talking about advertising; more funding; growth projections being off/low; expanding markets, and crap like that that capitalists talk about with their boards/investors, funding folk. All his words amount to nothing because they are just that: nothing.

      I was having dinner at a friend’s restaurant in SF, and he was there just a couple tables over. Seemed really dissociated from his dinner companions and was on his phone 97% of the time. Servers told me he was kinda douchey. Big surprise.
