    Yea I’m loving Andy right now. The people who are all “but even the cops didn’t see bruises” don’t understand that a bruise doesn’t appear right away, it usually appears hours later and sometimes takes up to a day to appear, these people need to go away.... I work with a lot of them... and this is all I have been hearing.... It's been a long day.

      this right here - bruises are not the indicator of if abuse happened. I had my ex break my fucking arm. i had a friend fix it for me (she’s a nurse) but the amount of people saying, “but we weren’t there” just pisses me off. dude, i can get an xray and show what was done but most of the abuse was never anything concrete.

      fuck all those whorebiscuits who think a bruise is immediate.

Where her hair is covering that part of her face which actually proves it even more.       This is just speculation: I’m thinking maybe two top execs and a few midlevel marketing people.

      Allegations that Depp’s a violent douchebag aren’t new, and if you go by blind items he’s been on a downward spiral for months. Disney and Depp’s team had to have had some sort of plan for this. He’s too much of a moneymaker for them not to. I don’t think it’s going to stop anyone from seeing Alice if they have their heart set on it. (Plus the people who were planning on seeing it probably bought their tickets online days ago, so who really cares if they show up?) The next Pirates movie’s not out for another year, which gives them plenty of time to... well, not sweep it under the rug, exactly, but shove it off to the side, throw a rug over it and call it an art installation.

      That said, denial is a potent thing. It could be that their plan is to just say, “Hey, it’s Johnny Depp. Everyone loves Johnny Depp! He’s totally getting into character for the publicity tour - what a dedicated man!” Whatever sells, man. Whatever sells.

    I don’t understand.....it sounds like he’s talking out of both sides of her mouth. On one hand he appears to be accusing her of making up the story, but on the other hand, he’s talking about why women don’t report abuse. You know, kind of like because of shit like his first post? Maybe he has split personality.

    As a victim of domestic abuse, it’s so sad to see anyone go through this yet I applaud her for saying, “OH FUCK THIS” and getting out. Too many people would have just walked away with the money. She did the right thing and I remember, as I am old as fuck, the rumors back in the 90s about him being abusive to his exes.

      Honestly, same. I had to be forced away from my abusive ex for a few months before I realized, “Oh god, he might kill me one day.” And I swear to christ the one thing I’ve been thinking this whole time is that this has happened before. I thought a couple of exes of his said he was abusive or at the very least a very aggressive drunk?

      And people forget that Winona Ryder was barely or almost 18 when they started dating, and he was 26. I’m 26 now, and the idea of dating someone that young makes me feel a bit sick. He apparently did not give a single fuck.

    Paul Bettanny is defending Johnny. This needs to be a separate post. I’ve been raging non-stop about thia because I’m tired of the mental gymnastics people would rather do before accepting that their beloved celebrity hit his wife. This is the problem with celebrity worship. We put these people on pedestals and it’s absolutely impossible for them to be flawed and human. There are pictures and a restraining order. The cops who went there on the 21st saw nothing. The beating took place last Saturday. Two separate police visits, just FYI. Two witnesses called the police.

    I have actual friends telling me that maybe Amber did a Gone Girl, or that both are crazy, or that there are two sides of every story. I can’t even. This is why domestic abuse is so prevalent. People don’t want to believe a victim. And I think people forget that there is no such thing as the perfect victim. So money or no money, spousal support or not, it doesn’t matter.

    I’d rather believe the person or at least respect their version, instead of jumping to defend some guy I don’t know. Or even if I did know him. At least stay quiet and wait. This is why victims refuse to come forward. THEY will be questioned before the accused is.
