      I wonder how all of this will affect her injunction appeal. Sony said she could work with other producers but then admitted after the PR backlash they actually had no control over Kesha’s contract. It would seem Sony’s lawyers were less than honest in court. Kesha released a new single True Colors a couple of weeks ago. It was pulled from radio the day before it’s official release. Now this Billboard performance has been canceled. It should be obvious at this point that Kesha’s career really is in danger making her a perfect candidate for an injunction.

      And apparently, at least from what I saw on her instagram, her performance was already just going to be a cover of a Bob Dylan song with no reference to Dr. Luke at all. She just wanted to do a tribute to Dylan.

      It’s X number of albums, not a time frame, plus she has a publishing agreement with him as well, I think, which gives him certain ownership and rights in the songs she write, so that can last forever, unfortunately
