    What the hell?

    Glenn Beck is not a conservative thought leader. He’s an idiot who has made a career out of scaring old white people. His last meaningful moment of relevance was when he managed to convince a lot of people that the ACA was essentially the country’s slide into fascism. He exists now mainly as a place for gold companies to put their advertisements.

      It’s not. And I don’t think anyone at any of those news organizations would ever deny they curate their news. But Facebook made it sound like trending stories were automatically selected based on an algorithm. If they were curating, well, that was false.
