Ford is the worst for this - they pop up in a show and completely take me out of the plot with their insistence on being the focal point. I’ve basically sworn never to buy a Ford because of it (which, as far as taking a stand goes, is admittedly pretty lame).

I said the other day that all I was left with was a jones for vodka spiked coffee. But now that it’s turned into an earworm I would consider taking a bath with the xtava blowdryer.

Is it weird that I’m surprised the blow dryer is so cheap - $35? Whatever, you can pry my T3 from my cold, dead, perfectly coiffed hands.

If I didn’t already have 6 sewing projects in my queue I’d be making that green gingham dress right about now.

Also I wanted to try that friendable app but it won’t let me upload a picture and you can’t finish your profile without one. I have a brand new Galaxy S7. Laaaame.

I couldn’t tell from reading the app’s description...is it actually an app for finding friends to do stuff with, or a dating app that’s hiding in plain sight?

I haven’t heard a single Hillary or J.Lo fan chime in on the irony of this “feminist” song having been produced by accused rapist Dr. Luke.

The whole thing is right up Hillary’s ally, though. Using corporate money, working with men who hurt women, and calling it feminism because you throw in a few rah rah talking points.

Jennifer Lopez under fire for Dr. Luke-produced new single, ‘Ain’t Your Mama,’ after Kesha loses civil suit

/btw, “I haven’t heard X group condemn Y” is the laziest criticism out there, especially since in almost every circumstance where it’s used, it takes 5 seconds of Googling to find examples of X group condemning Y.

Meghan Trainor said that Jennifer Lopez had no idea that Dr.Luke was part of the project and thought that Meghan wrote the song all by herself.

Although I’m not sure what Hillary Clinton has to do with the production of that song since last time I checked she’s not in the music/entertainment industry.

I hate blatant product placement. I hate on TV shows when we have to have the close up of the iPhone or suddenly everyone has to get into their new Buick and check some directions on GPS. The only time it ever seems natural is with food/drinks or sometimes with cars like in The Transporter or F&F or whatever. But in the middle of a sitcom or music video when the camera lingers over the front logo of random cars it’s so irritating. (it also makes me laugh that EVERYONE in every TNT show drinks Blue Moon)

Try watching Korean or Japanese drama soaps. They have the weirdest laws of what passes as product placement, so often you see odd blurrs where a logo was or if someone says a brand out loud (“The thieves left in a black Mercedes.”) it is beeped out.

I saw the video, and assumed “Friendable” was a made-up app because they couldn’t get the rights to Facebook or Plenty of Fish or something.

My favourite PP was on the Vampire Diaries. Characters searching online and someone says “why don’t you just Bing it?” like, trying to replace Google as a search engine.
HAHAHA nice try, Microsoft. Stop trying to make “Bing it” happen Still makes me laugh.
