Good news Bernie or Busters if you help elect Donald Trump you’ll have so many great jobs to choose from when he deports all the immigrants!! Like farm work, picking fruits and vegetables, washing dishes at greasy restaurants, housekeeping at your local by the hour hotel. And all for minimum wage (not $15/hr though)

Do we have to see him elected and his policies fail horribly before his constituency will give up on this brand of ‘Fuck you. Me!’ politics?

Or are fearful, defensive haters just with us forever?

Just that in the sense of Hillary winning all the butthurtist Trump supporters harden their resolve to break this system that conspired against their man?
If he’s elected but fails they might fuck off.

Who knows? I’m just another fucking guy on the internet talking about Trump.

I was born in Reynosa, Mexico, and emigrated to the United States when I was two. I grew up in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley. I went to college at Penn, grad school at Columbia, and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

I am a legal immigrant. And I am a Latina. And racist white people: I AM THE IMMIGRANT YOU SHOULD BE FEARING. When I come for your jobs, I am not coming for the hotel maids or the day laborers or fruit pickers. I am coming for your BEST jobs, your highest paying jobs.

Oh and white girls: I am also coming after your men.

Deportation isn’t economically viable. That said, I want something to be done to turn these folks from “undocumented” (aka. “illegal” - because it is) to “documented.”

I don’t care about your skin color, language, culture, etc. Do and say whatever you’d like in accordance with the law and customs. I DO care about turning non-citizens into citizens. If you’re here, join in, contribute (officially) and be counted.

This. So many people would benefit from a more streamlined way to become citizens. As it is right now it’s expensive, confusing, and very time consuming. I don’t think people enjoy being illegal or undocumented, they just don’t have the resources to become legal. These are people who are working. Even if they don’t pay payroll taxes, they’re shopping in stores, renting apartments, paying bills - they’re putting money into the economy while allowing us to maintain a certain standard of living. There should be a fast track system in place to help people who want to work and to contribute to become citizens, especially if they’ve been here for 10+ years.

Yep. I want them to enjoy the benefits of citizenship, as opposed to expensive workarounds (such as the E.R. provision). I want them paying payroll taxes. I want them as invested in the future of the country as all other citizens.

That’s fiscally conservative small government for you! Expensively deport undocumented immigrants, extensively drug test people on welfare, and pass laws that are unconstitutional and expensively defend them.

It COULD cost billions, but it’ll never happen. Nor will his wall, nor will his monitoring all Muslims coming in the country (which could also cost billions)... most of it won’t happen. He’s a con artist. Don the Con. He’ll say what he wants to get what he wants, but he won’t deliver.

Between flybys of Trump’s monitor drones, they spoke in hushed tones about a magical land beyond the wall. The Prime Minister was a kind, gentle, beautiful man, they said. Health care was free and everyone was given their own panda bear.

Most knew this couldn’t be anything but a fairy tale, but it gave the people hope.

That’s the beauty of it though, is it not? When the people who rabidly supported him slowly come to the realization that he has neither the inclination nor the political support to fulfill any of his promises.

Unless, of course, that’s not why they’re voting for him. :)
