“Doonbeg is an already terrific property that we will make even better,” he said at the time. “It will soon be an unparalleled resort destination with the highest standards of luxury.”

It just occurred to me that my brother talks just like Trump. Everything is The Best, Terrific, World-Class. The difference between the two is that our father wasn’t a millionaire, so my brother is really just a big talking loser. Ah, the fortunes of fate.

With Drumpf, it’s always the same lazy and empty language. He has total contempt for his suckers.

Is your brother an extreme narcissist, a con man selling something, or (like Drumpf) both?

My brother is a salesman who barely made it through high school. Everything he does is the most amazing thing anyone has ever done, he knows everything, and he wins arguments by being louder than everyone else in the room.

Give him $60 mil and he’s Donald Trump.

I’m sure Irish environmentalists will be as sad to see Drumpf’s luxurious resort for rich people go as much as Scottish ones were.

At least he wasn’t trying building the berm in order to bully a neighbor into selling his property.

Strictly from social media, tabloids, chat shows, quiz shows, petitions and the like, I have formed a strong impression that people in the UK and Northern Ireland just don’t care for Donald Trump.

A friend of mine was in that part of Ireland recently and attended a local parade that included an anti-Trump float. It was very well done and pretty scathing, following in the grand Irish tradition of artfully delivered insults. And there's nothing that brings out the best of Irish sarcasm like a visiting American braggart.

Trump’s holding company, TIGL Ireland Enterprise Limited, proposed to build a 2.8 kilometer (1.73984 mile) berm along a sand dune.

Just wanted to thank you for the conversion to five decimal points.
