    Mob. It’s got to be some kind of Russian Mafia thing, right? Maybe I’ve just seen the Soprano’s too many times, but all of those things sound like fronts for money laundering. Also, the phrase "he is not an oligarch" strikes me as suspicious. Also, I don't think anyone not in the mob can afford Lindsey Lohan.
