I’m sure he can talk for an hour. That doesn’t mean he can be coherent.

No. Not good for her. That ‘expensive muzzle’ is offensive and her continued silence is unjustifiable given how far the stakes have risen beyond her private, petty interests and onto a world stage where the lives of millions, if not billions, will be directly affected if he’s elected.

Now that Trump is on the verge of stumbling into holding the reins of the world’s leading military power, she needs to step the fuck up. If I were her I’d rip the muzzle off, throw it in the dirt where it belongs and let the chips fall where they may in order to speak my truth about this man’s real character, while accepting whatever legal battles may come, consequences be damned. So sue me, asshole. Bankrupt me, take everything I have. I’ll still tell the world what they should know about who you really are. If this means I might wake them the fuck up and avert the disastrous nightmare of a Trump presidency, what you try to do or even succeed in doing to me will be worth it in the long run — as long as I know I didn’t let you silence me and did some greater good in the process.

That’s what personal integrity looks like rather than this plastered-on made-up bejeweled artificially coiffed shallow self-serving and cowardly sell-out in order to maintain a life of extreme wealth and leisure. Her own ego is also definitely involved here, behind any cowering behind divorce settlements. No matter her personal distaste for her ex, or her (probably real) ignorance of feminism or politics, if Trump is elected the bottom line is that it will be a big boost for her own ‘brand’. Which I find both repulsive and reprehensible.

I refuse to respect privileged women in her position and I don’t give two flat fucks what her legal agreements with Trump from their divorce entail. Far better women than her have made far more personally costly choices that hurt them far worse than someone like Ivana Fucking Trump losing some of her millions. Fuck her, I say, and fuck her diamond encrusted muzzle as well.

i catch your drift except i think you’re underestimating both her power and the strength of his supporters’ cognitive dissonance. we don’t need her to expose his real character, he’s doing it himself. i don’t think that she has any information that would really be able to convince anyone who likes him that they shouldn’t. preventing a trump presidency is not in ivana’s control.

i more meant, like, how long does it take him to do his combover in the morning and what he does when he’s vegging out and what he’s like in bed (sorrynotsorry everybody but commmmeonnnnn you know you curious)

Mr. Drumpf is kind of like the One Ring in reverse — no chance of ruling them all, but good at dividing.

Equally, like the Uruk-Hai, he might have been spawned in Orthanc — which of course was a mere childish imitation of the real Dark Tower.

Unfortunately, that would mean that (shudder) there were many more at home like him.

Presumably Ivana’s rep called at Drumpf’s direction. That’s weird, right? How many Republican politicians claim to be feminists? Ted Cruz sure as hell doesn’t, and I bet such a claim is a pretty big negative for many of their supporters.

He’s so fucking bad at this, he can’t even pander correctly.

“He’s no politician. He’s a businessman. He knows how to talk. He can give an hour speech without notes . . . He’s blunt.”

This is what bothers me about him (besides other things). I’ve know many businessmen/CEOs who “know how to talk”. They convincingly yak their way through board meetings, sales pitches, and speeches, yet turn out to be full of shit. Struggling companies particularly gravitate toward the Trump type, because he seems to know what he’s doing, until the bottom falls out a few months later. I had one particular boss of this type who was a helluva guy, very flashy and full of interesting tales; by the time he “went on to explore other career options” a year later, the workforce was down 60% and all he left behind was a computer full of porn.

It’s so hard, on one hand he needs to impress the demographic that dislikes him intensely....so he’s a feminist.

Oh wait, his rabid base doesn’t like feminists or any other “PC” type things so of course he isn’t.

    LOL. Freaking amateurs.

The guy flip-flops so much that it’s literally impossible to tell where he stands. Under normal circumstances, this would be lethal to anybody’s campaign. But these are not normal circumstances.

He’s smart to hedge his bets with an official re-statement, un-denial, and non-denial. So, no matter who asks, he never said that — and he never said that he didn’t.

Conservatives have turned the word “feminist” into a negative, just as they did for the word “liberal.” That’s why there is all the hemming and hawing from the Donald’s camp about whether or not he is one, because they aren’t up on the code words. It’s like when he said last week that abortion was “settled” after walking back his “punish women” remark. He had to retract that too, because to conservatives it is far from settled as long as it is still legal.

As Obama correctly observed (when discussing Drumpf’s knowledge of international affairs, but really, it applies to anything Drumpf says), he’s out of touch and clueless. Recent example: Drumpf suggesting Japan arm itself with nuclear weapons? With what military? (The advise to SKorea was, of course, patently absurd.) I haven’t heard if/how he’s backtracked this one yet.

I chalk the bombs thing up to him not understanding the definition of “proliferation” and that it’s something every US president has been against since 1947.
