      1. Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other

    “Yea he just threw you down.”

    “He really just almost threw you down on the ground.”

    Does anyone see anything like that?

    Its likely Lewandowski doesn’t remember doing it because its such an insignificant moment that no one would possibly care. Look at Fields: She keeps on going like nothing happened. No one notices because its something that happens in a crowd from time to time.

    And yet, Gawker is complaining about how soft the Emory kids are while saying Fields was “manhandled” today.

    Honest stylistic question, Sam: Is he “charged for alleged battery” as written in the headline, or is he “charged with battery?” If he’s been charged, then the Jupiter PD believe he’s guilty of battery, have charged him, and believe he’s guilty, right? Or are you playing it safe with the headline?

    I despise the air that Donald Trump breathes. Same for his campaign manager. And clearly he lied about never having met/touched her. But I don’t really see it in the video. I’m sure I’ll get pummeled here, but... I don’t really see what amounts to a battery charge.

      good thing the president cannot pardon city/state-level offenses then. he can only pardon federal charges/convictions. (not to mention, there’s also a 5 year waiting period to even get a presidential pardon) :-)
