      Damn it. He is SUCH a good chef. The way he moves in the kitchen is so wonderful that I went back just to watch the scenes with him in them. I hope everyone involved gets the help they need to be happy and healthy and for him not to be an abuser anymore.

      The most recent winner pissed me off so much. Like, do you realize how much space you take up literally in any room with anyone present at any time all the time? So obnoxious.       Is the restaurant actually nasty? I always heard it was good and wanted to go when I visit Austin (since I live not too far away) but of course that was when I thought he was just some adorable guy on Top Chef. Not going to be trying it now!

      I would say there’s a #SXSWLikeALocal joke in here if there was anything about this that was funny, but there isn’t. Good luck to the girlfriend. I was kind of surprised to hear it was someone different than his former fiancée who was such a big part of building up his businesses here. Had no idea they’d broken up but she must be feeling glad she dodged that particular bullet.

        I’m a local too. I followed his ex on instagram and noticed they must have broken up because he was never in the pics anymore and it seemed she moved? I don’t know her besides her instagram. Sounds like she did the right thing!
