    My queen has been making moves and I’m so proud. Seriously, even off the stan shit, Rihanna has truly done some impressive things for herself.

    When you see situations like Kesha’s and watch Rita Ora struggling, while most others just disappear from view after one or two hits, the fact that Rihanna managed to survive it all, grab her masters and truly become her own boss, all while figuring out ways to push herself and her reach. Truly impressive and I’m proud as a Barbadian to watch her star continue to shine brighter than ever.

      In the midst of all this, she somehow found time to take a role in Valérian and the City of a Thousand Planets, a film based on a French comic series. Directed by Luc Besson, it costars Dane DeHaan and Delevingne and is due out in 2017.
