    A solid chunk of Americans simply like nonsense words used forcefully without context. If you can projectile-vomit syllables in a steady rhythm, many people will hear messages and vote for you. His use of the word ‘physics’ triggers the meaning ‘things that sound smart’ or, more specifically, ‘things I don’t know’ and not the actual meaning of the word.

    When I don’t get over 50, we have four people—right? We have four people. Do you understand that? So when I get 53... and that’s with four people. That’s an amazing achievement, just mathematically, when you can get over 50 percent.

      The four people are Cruz, Rubio, Kasich and himself. I believe he is saying that there are four candidates and for him to get over 50 percent of the vote when four people are in the race is a great achievement. And it is. It just has nothing to do with physics except for the effect it has on his dangerously expanding ego.
