    It seems misogynistic to call Georgina Bloomberg “a horse girl,” as if all she does is brush her pony all day and suddenly had the audacity to believe she had any right to voice her opinion about how children of rich, powerful men may disagree with some opinions/actions of their fathers!

    She is a professional competitive equestrian. It takes a great deal of skill and training to compete in riding competitions and it’s dangerous. She is also a single mother(by choice) and very active in charities that do everything from help inner-city kids to learn horseback riding to shutting down puppy mills.

    If we are going to publicly ridicule wealthy young women for egomania, there are far more representative examples to choose from.

      She is a competitive jumper, but I sincerely doubt she is supporting herself and her son on the money she makes from her equestrian skills.

      I didn’t say she was. Most rich people work. It helps that they can do what they love to do. What bothered me was that she was reduced to a sexist stereotype about women who love horses and ridiculing her for having an opinion about something other than horses.

    He should run for President. Unfortunately, people aren’t interested in a solid, workable, rational, skeleton-free-closet candidate. That won’t sell newspapers or create click-bait or further the left and right wing agendas.

    The idea of an independent who doesn’t care what establishment thinks!? The horror! Its almost like human beings were born with brains capable of analyzing complex situations and developing their own opinions through critical thought!
