      Every one of Rubio’s handlers and/or staffers that was there while this was going on and did not forcefully intervene should be fired immediately and prohibited from working for politicians ever again.       When history writes the story of how Trump rose to power (a hundred years after The Fall, when society begins to rebuild), they will note how The Don recruited the first members of his own SS-like Vanguard using a “reality-TV”-show called “The Apprentice”, and they will wonder how we were all so blind to the ascent of such an obviously dangeous sect.
