      Most senior editors at American outlets are just too short-sighted and too complacent about libel laws to go against him now. It’s always the same pattern with the elites as a right-wing populist gains a following with the masses. Trump may lose, but this Know-Nothing movement isn’t going away.

      I mean, at the same time Gawker is being sued by Hulk Hogan for invasion of privacy they're still using Drumpf mainly as entertainment fodder. This despite the fact he’d do everything he could to emulate Putin if elected (who’s cleverly used other laws to establish a self-censorship regime in the Russian media) and do more damage to Gawker than Hogan ever could.

      I’m still trying to figure out why Lewandowski, a long-time organizer for a number of Koch front organizations including the Koch-funded Americans for Prosperity, is one of several Koch operatives working for Donald Trump in a year when Charles Koch (that adorable old megalomaniacal trust fund brat) says he isn’t backing any particular presidential candidate.

      I mean, is it just one of those things, or serendipity, or sheer coincidence, or kismet, or what?
