    This is not the first time we’re hearing about Lewandowski, and I’m a bit surprised Trump’s GOP opponents aren’t making an issue of this and calling on the guy to be fired. This kind of violence is unique to Trump’s rallies; they’d have nothing to worry about in calling his campaign out on this shit.
