I thought asking for $75 mil was a bit excessive, but after reading what the owner (?) of the hotel did to make light of that horrific situation... Team Erin!

HE PLAYED THE VIDEO ON HIS PHONE FOR SEVERAL BUDDIES OVER DINNER. A local waiter complaining is what helped get the story in the news.

Good. Fucking hotel/Marriot -and those asshole lawyers who were watching her video at dinner last week (fuck!) should all be fired. And those ESPN fucks who made her interview. And fucking Michelle Beadle should apologize for being a fucking asswhole toward Erin throughout this nightmare.

The lawyer watching the video...that part was the worst. Another awful violation that she has to deal with. Shows how seriously he took the case.

agree to all of the above...though I expect the jury award to be reduced before all is said and done.

If you haven’t been following this, the key here is that the hotel employees facilitated the video by telling the stalker where her room was and allowing his request to stay right next to her, I guess because they thought it would cute to let him perv on her.

Thank you for the explanation. I figured the hotel was involved in some accidental way, like the stalker pretended to be a maintenance dude or something, so he was let in, but not intentionally. How fucked up!

So glad she’s gotten some semblance of justice in this jacked situation.

I’m very glad that both the dude and the hotel were found guilty and accountable but what are the odds of her actually seeing any dough? Wasn’t Barrett broke? I can’t imagine this creep being suddenly liquid

    Law peeps wanna weigh in?

Not a law peep but hopefully they’re both garnished for life like ketchup on a fucking hamburger! Or mayo on a blt. I don’t know what garnishes humans prefer. Tomato? Give Andrews tomatoes, human people. $55 million worth. Never ending tomatoes paid for by these assholes.

Looking forward to Andrews brand pasta sauce.

It’s not as clear but it’s saying that the assailant and hotel are both responsible and have to pay. The assailant isn't getting any money.

So nice to see those fucknuggets at the hotel (who were still playing the video for people’s “enjoyment” DURING THE TRIAL) will have to pay. Here’s hoping the particularly egregious asshole loses his job.

It’s poorly written, it’s saying both her assailant and hotel owe her the money

Good for her. Team Erin all the way. I hope she can find some healing and closure after such a traumatic nightmare.

I’ve always been paranoid in hotels as it is, but after this happened I have not been able to stay in one alone. (Not that anyone would care about naked video of me, but still, the thought that a hotel could be so cavalier with the security of a guest, much less a high profile one like Andrews, is deeply chilling.)
