      Baby rolls are the best things ever. It has been so sad in a way to see my eldest nephew get older and grow out of his baby fat. He’s still really cute, in his lanky four-year-old way, but there is nothing quite like a little chunk-a-lunk baby.

    Did Teigen and Legend already start referring to the baby as Baby Legend or announce that s/he is going to be given just the father’s surname? If not, why “Baby Legend” rather than Baby Teigen or Baby Teigen-Legend?

      I like this question. I wouldn’t say it’s shitty to put “Baby Legend,” but it’s assumptive, and an indication of the deeply ingrained patriarchal shit that many of us don’t think about. Just as easily, the author could have said “baby and herself.”

      I don’t think that is troubling. If I were in the position to pick I would pick a girl, to be honest. People choose a specific sex when adopting all the time, why can’t they do it with IVF?

      Why is this controversial? They had embryos of each sex and decided they wanted a daughter first. Since Teigen has been vocal about having more than one child I’d assume the remaining embryos will be used at some point.
