    There are a few predictable traits in anti-Clinton discourse. One is the elbow-elbow nudge-nudge reference to sexuality and sexual behavior, and another is the knowing “they totally committed crimes in Whitewater/Benghazi/having an email account” nonsense. Another is the dog references, which go back at least to 1992:

    Bill was in my neighborhood in Detroit yesterday. Very cool, even though I don’t like him as a politician much. Still, I wish politicians would stop visiting the jewels of Detroit for photo ops, and go check on the parts of the city more desperate than ours who could use a politician advocating for them. Sister Pie is awesome and all but the whitewashing of Detroit is very real these days...

      You do realize Hillary was up at Kuzzo’s Chicken and Waffles the other day, and was at Sweet Potato Senstations up in Old Redford a few months back, right? Are you saying they need to stand in the middle of some old crackhouse in Brightmoor?

    My neighbor has a dog who looks just like these two (I assume it is the same kind, but never asked and I don’t know dog breeds). Every time she’s taking him for a walk, I am just like Bill. Can’t stop petting him and smiling at him- just the sweetest face and personality. Dogs are just too damn cute.

    What a shame he’s turned into a doddering old fool who can’t campaign for another person without forgetting to mention them by name and having everything unravel into poorly-constructed grandpa jokes.

    I imagine if Bill were eligible for another term, he’d suddenly be 50 pounds heavier, and sharp as a tack.

      Open heart surgery affects people differently. My dad has undergone two so far and after the first one he was a little forgetful (because of the heart lung machine) and was more prone to crying because of the meds he needed. After the second, he has lost a ton of weight and has more energy than ever. If anything he is annoyed that he isn’t healing faster.

      All I’m saying is I wouldn’t be surprised if Bill has experienced some weird reactions after his surgery and heart issues.
