Denial is a hell of a drug. And he’s overdosing on it here.

every major NJ newspaper- and a number of minor ones - has written an editorial calling on Christie to resign his governorship.

Christie also said that he’s “had a lot of fun, at times, with people on the internet, too,”

Is Chris Christie a Gawker commenter?

Not after they closed the food blog.

What was it called again? Average Ghetto Spanish?

Trump, however, is that guy that shows up with his SNL character performances. What’s his schtick again? Zucchinis?

He gazed up at the enormous face. Forty days it had taken him to learn what kind of smile was hidden beneath the orange-stained visage. O cruel, needless misunderstanding! O stubborn, self-willed exile from the loving breast! Two gin-scented tears trickled down the sides of his nose. But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Donald Trump.

A friend of mine recently made the fair point that Christie just gets so bored when he’s not the one talking that he doesn’t know what to do, and that was his best “I’m listening and paying attention” face.

I hope that when the campaign is over and after his term as governor ends, Chris can build a successful practice as a personal injury lawyer, with a tasteful carved wood sign and a nice office in the basement of his lovely home. After all, he does have mouths to feed.

More likely he’d set up as one of the ambulance chasing law firms you see advertising on cable TV

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Washington Post did a truly amazing piece on Christie's stare.

Don’t any of these idiots have political advisers? What do they pay them all of that money for? I need to get on this grift.

Howdy! I am one of those people! As a political advisor, it’s less about a grift (for me) and more about politicians not wanting to hear any thoughts that aren’t their own. Just last week, I told my boss that several statements in his speech were factually false and he didn’t care. He then deleted me from the email discussion. Good times!

But there are definitely grifters in my line of work. You can tell because they lose a lot and/or are yes men. I know one fundraiser who only raises enough money to pay his fees and that’s it.

As far as I can tell, he's at a Trump rally and compared himself to Trump. He was also booed a lot. That's all I have for now.

I didn’t realize Stockholm Syndrome was actually referring to Stockholm, New Jersey.

      Yes, it’s a real place:(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm…)
