      Haven’t read your link, so it might be bonkers. Dunno.

      But is US intelligence-related drug trafficking the first place my mind went when I read the article? Yup because that shit’s just business as usual. Has been since the end of WWII and every decade there’s some disclosure about it and it’s always blamed on rogue elements acting beyond their mandate and yada yada yada. At this point anyone even remotely aware of covert ops fuckery takes this stuff for granted.
