For someone who purposefully draws attention to himself, this guy has thinner skin than a pot-sticker. It’s like flashing someone in a public park, then calling the police when they say you have a tiny dick.

He’s certainly got big New Yawk balls. One could feel the testerone and adrenaline building with this lawyer banter. This is going to be one muy macho court battle!

I was born and raised in the colonias of south Texas, but I’m with Trump on this one. This is “The Frog and the Scorpion.” Sorry, Univision, but didn’t you know he was a scorpion all along?

I understand the parable, but at that time he still had the weight and stature of other major American companies behind him, which proceeded to jump ship roughly around the same time Univision did. Should Univision be held to a higher standard than NBC or Macy’s?

While he was well known to be an asshole and liar he actually didn’t publicly make racist rants. Wasn’t until he needed Republican votes did he show his true colors.

Here’s an interesting theory that explains why his GOP foes won’t go after him for real: there’s a secret race going on to be in the running as his VP if he gets the nod. Trump is almost seventy, he’s overweight, he has a secret drinking problem (which he uses the bronzer to disguise), he is exhibiting symptoms of dementia, he is not well. Many insiders suspect the toll of the job could make quick work of him, especially as he’s had no experience in the heavy political realm at all. Thus his VP could become very powerful very quickly.

I agree that there is a race to be his VP going on (and watching the debate intro on Saturday I was yearning for a Trump / Carson ticket) but “secret drinking problem”? He’s pretty vocal about being a total teetotaler, I find it hard to believe. He seems just weird enough to be a straight-edge adult. And dementia? He’s knowingly racist and bad at speaking unscripted, that doesn’t mean he’s demented.

As much as what I want what you say to be true, I think it’s a stretch. Unless you can cite some juicy sources.

Really? In history? He’s a shitty guy, but history is a long period of time filled with some really awful people. The original picture doesn’t even meet that qualification.

Not for nothing but not many people have commited brutal murder, gotten away with it, and then wrote a book that details how he did the crime called “If I Did It”.

Trump is a huge wuss and if any of his foes had the balls to really go after him he’d collapse like the pudgy sweaty little punk he is. The guy’s entire life is riddled with all sorts of sordid stuff, he lies constantly, he cowers behind lawyers all the time and he’s fucking painted orange. Yet no one wants to go after him for some reason. It’s an incredibly pitiful display of cowardice of the part of his challengers, just sad. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence and a reasonably quick wit could destroy Trump and make him look like the clown he is, but no one has the stones to step up and do it. The wives, his mob ties, his scam university, undocumented laborers, the freaky face paint, it’s all low-hanging fruit.

Recently asked myself the same exact thing. Why aren't the others hammering him? And why aren't the Christian supporters calling him out for his very unpresidential language? I hope that real Christians aren't voting for this pig. But yes, the rest of the field are even bigger pussies than he is. Anyone with an education could pick this clown apart easily.

It’s because he has the cash and vindictiveness to sue for $500 million over a meme on Instagram.

Every liberal called Trump a racist asshole when he claimed illegal immigrants are committing a lot of rape when they get into this country, but I didn’t see many liberals— particularly not many white liberals— commenting on this story:

80% Of Central American Women, Girls Are Raped Crossing Into The U.S.

Who is raping all these women?

Criminals. Criminals are raping these women. It has nothing to do with their nationality or ethnicity. Criminals and rapists exist everywhere. Illegally crossing a border (surprise!) puts you at the mercy of some shitty people. Singling out the criminals in a geographic location and implying that they are somehow representative of the entire surrounding ethnic group is like finding a meth lab in a trailer park in Alabama and saying Southerners are all meth dealers.

Maybe a lawyer type can explain this to me: What relevance does “breach of contract” have toward “defamation” in this case?

It seems like the personal gripe and the decision to decouple from M Universe are linked legally, but not logically.

Not knowing the law, I was actually thinking the exact opposite: that the counter-suit makes sense logically (“Well, so-and-so did/said this!”), but couldn’t be linked legally. Apparently, it can.

You can pretty much bring all the claims you have against a party in a single case, at least in Federal court. It isn’t unusual to have multiple claims in a lawsuit that are tied to different aspects of interactions between parties, even though they aren’t based on the exact same facts (such as a patent case where a company is asserting multiple patents against different products of a defendant). If the claims really have nothing to do with each other, the defendant can try to assert the need to have different claims tried separately, but that is an issue for much later than this stage (and typically works best when there are multiple defendants claiming it would confuse the jury to try claims against them together)

The actual depiction shows only two determinedly glum faces with similarly coiffed hair and the caption “No Comments.” To a reasonable viewer, the re-posted image conveys a tongue-in-cheek observation on Trump’s appearance—hardly novel, given that Trump has long been lampooned for his hairstyle. At most, the post could be construed as a criticism of Trump’s extreme and controversial opinions on race and national origin.

I mean, this is some bullshit whether or not it’s a legit counter-suit (it’s not). lol

This whole damn thing is a dumpster fire.
