Seriously speaking, does sensitivity training have any other purpose other to cover a company’s ass? What “training” is going to help an established, deeply seeded racist, misogynist, etc all of the sudden see the light and magically let go of their hatred. “ well, you know, officer Burke did repeatedly beat the African American suspect while yelling, all niggers should die, but we sent him to sensitivity training and now he’s learned to use the word negro instead."

Well yes and no. Yes it is used to cover their ass and allows them to say hey we provided the necessary training so this a fault of the employee, not to company. However some people have managed to go through life without anyone ever telling them hey what you’re saying is wrong and hurtful. Case in point I’m Japanese American and some of my friends didn’t know how racist it is to call me a Jap. My view was, and still is, if I don’t say something to them about it than I don’t have the right to feel offended when they say it the next time

Why can’t Chipotle just own up to it? I hope they release a true apology statement and fix this...

I also missed out on the free burrito window too...

They're still digesting it. Give them a couple more hours, and maybe a nap.

And let us not forget that a burrita gets only 78% of the guacamole as a burrito, despite having the exact same ingredients.

Actually it’s 58% because it's Mexican food and not white food

“Won Chipotle Lawsuit” sounds like a producer-driven job description for a Bachelor contestant.

I mean it’s not too far off from “Chicken Enthusiast” or “Twin.”

Yeah. Never happens. If the people who are paid big bucks were actually held accountable for anything, the entire country would descend into chaos.

I don’t know if he was fired, but his ass is certainly gone. I looked him up from the first article and he hasn’t worked at Chitpotle since Dec. 2013.

The thing is, I was willing to look past e coli. I am not willing to look past this.

Oh well, there is a very nice, independently owned mission burrito place near where I work. I will just eat there instead.

Chipotle hired someone who had to be trained not to tell women they had too much estrogen and were overweight.

We had to have training where I work because men were asking women if they were pregnant.

Those settlements were paid via direct cash transfer of my 2016 Chipotle purchases alone.

Chipotle has denied this, and filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in 2013, but you know, women are like E. coli—eventually, they’ll win.

        Beautiful.
