      I think we figured it out, yes. Turns out he’s an amazing example of someone who has the ability and brains to become a surgeon while simultaneously being incredibly fucking stupid. I think that was the conclusion.

      It’s seeming more and more likely that Ben Carson has early onset dementia. Though only 61 at the time, he stopped practicing surgery three years ago (pretty young to retire in that field, but timed roughly getting hitched to the Fox News gravy train, where extemporaneous critical thinking is not a prerequisite).

      But the decline over just these few years is clear; he can’t really put together a coherent thought (which ten years ago, he could), his “handlers” seem keenly aware of how to distance him from the press, lest he blurt out anything that would expose what’s going on, and in last night’s missed stage-entry cue he appeared especially confused.

      Mr Cruz is under the employ of Donald Trump who has hired him to help Trump pull off the greatest troll since Kubrick filmed the Apollo landings. What else could explain such a jack-ass of monumental proportion getting elected to the upper house and then running a campaign for President that makes Trump look good by comparison.
