Given his past experience with the US legal system, it’s not surprising he prefers to try his luck again there instead of Mexico. To be completely honest, I would be very surprised if he gets his full sentence reinstated for the parole violation, which, yes he was drinking, but not driving, at least as far as I know. Though with the fleeing...maybe... I still suspect not. Parole violations should not be used to make up for crappy original sentences. If I did not feel that the original sentence was wrong, I would strongly disagree with a full 10 year sentence being reinstated for a violation such as what he is accused of. Bleah.

He was driving. Parole violations should cause the court to revoke parole.

Was he? I didn’t know that. Then, yes that would be because it is a violation much more directly related to the underlying crime, than drinking at a party, which is what I thought the parole violation was about.

Because that ‘affluenza’ shit doesn’t have quite the same pull down there as it does here, you see.

I’m surprised by this turn of events. Makes me rethink everything I thought about how cushy mexican prisons were.

Really, isn’t years in a Mexican prison kind of the perfect punishment for this douche?

We should really just rescind his American citizenship and let him languish in a Mexican prison for the rest of his life.

In this case, Mexico feels the same way.

Yes, letting Allie know something annoys you is definitely the way to get her to stop doing it.

It's a reference to the original Twitter post video sent by a "friend" of his to the authorities. It captures the absurdity. Remember, he dove onto the Beer Pong table in the video? He's a sociopath. (Yes, that's my rubric.)

I hope he becomes a beach dog, just chasing birds and eating snacks. beach dogs seem like they’re living the dream.

Enjoy prison, you little shart. Your mommy will also be behind bars, but I'm afraid it will be a different one so she won’t be able to make your cocoa for you.

Also, the name of the judge who accepted the "affluenza" excuse for killing four people was Jean Hudson Boyd, a now-retired Republican whose name deserves to be mentioned in every story about this pee stain.
