      I’ve been saying that for years! Isn’t bisexuality the most obvious explanation for a lot of these rumours? Isn’t it more plausible that your average star prefers both men and women to them having elaborate contracts where other stars agree to beard for them? Especially in an industry where there’s a long history of people using sex to get jobs and status, it seems likely there’s an opportunity for bisexuals to thrive.

      Well, they kind of are doing that, by taking part in and supporting Scientology, which is extremely anti-gay. So, LGBT people who believe and/or know the rumors to be true do have actual reason to be unhappy with the Smiths. I don’t like outing in general, but I can understand it with regard to an active oppressor, which both of them arguably are.

      But Jada’s entitled little hissy-fit over her best friend not getting an Oscar this year has nothing whatever to do with any of that!

      Yeah, but by the rationale, I’m pretty sure there are a shitload of closeted Catholics, Baptists and Muslims out there who should be outed against their will. All kinds of people belong and donate to religions but don’t necessarily subscribe to every doctrinal tenet. I won’t ever, ever defend Scientology or any of its mad fuckery, but so long as Will and Jada aren’t actively seeking to make or enforce laws to deny rights to LGBT+ people, they don’t deserve to be outed by some asshole with a grudge. That shit is uncivilised.
