    Can someone bring a science over to my area and discuss with me the concept of “bee pollen?” Do bees impart something extra to pollen when they grab it from the flower and put it in their denim pouches? Is dog pollen any good for #health? If I covered myself in bees and rolled around in some flowers and then asked the bees to dust the pollen from their sweaters so I could snort it into my nose, would I become #health?

    Please bring a science.

      Apparently they make something magic with the pollen. Huh, maybe that is why the honey bees are disappearing. We keep taking thier magic pocket lint! Don’t take the stuff if you are allergic to bee stings, just letting you know.

    Day 339:

    My friend and I have a competition set up for January to see who can do the most workouts (max one a day, minimum 30 minutes). If I win, I get a bottle of vodka; if she wins, I have to cook breakfast and deliver it to her work (we work in the same town).

    I am prepared to CRUSH THIS. We have to keep our quantity of workouts secret and report back on February 1st. If we tie we both get our prizes.

    is this where people would put a #swole? I don't know how internet works.
