      You can always check how much money your representatives get from the NRA, it generally explains this discrepancy. (For example, I live in Maryland’s 4th district, and all 3 of my representatives have received $0 from the NRA, and have a rating of F on the NRA’s representative report card. I am very glad to have this information.)

      Did you happen to read the piece the other day about the two women who went as undercover republicans to the Young Republicans holiday party?

      Here’s a quote that I found rather remarkable:

      I decided to turn the tables and ask a few questions of my own. “So, would you vote for Trump if he was the nominee?” I inquired of our new frenemy. He shook his head no. “So you would vote for Hillary?” He shook his head no again. “I’d vote for Bernie, though. I don’t agree with anything he says, but at least he’s telling the truth.”

      When I read this I hear, “I don’t agree with the truth”. If that’s not a perfect summation of the right wing-nut thought process these days, then I don’t know what is.

    I took one of those online survey things to see what candidate I mostly align with, I got a 4 way tie between Rubio, Hillary, Paul, and Sanders. I’m thinking I should just sit this one out.
