    Burt Reynald’s comment remind me of the Golden Girls where they thought Rose had HIV. She got mad and said Blanche deserved to get it and not her. At least Rose had the good sense to apologize to Blanche. Same with that Designing Women where Julie told that one woman if they were handing out STDs as punishment she would be first in line to get it.

      We each have a dog that we are financially responsible for specifically because Mr. CEFAD lost a dog in the big breakup before we got together and wanted to be very clear that his dog was HIS. DOG. So now I have MY. DOG. They could care less who they belong to since they alternately love and hate us equally, but it does make bills easier to figure out.

    It certainly is - we have two dogs, three cats, two large birds, and a bunch of fish (which are obviously in a tank and IMO count as one pet). In other news, I’m married to Dr. Doolittle.

      That is completely true. However, I’m sitting on the couch right now with 2 cats on my lap, the nutty poodle right next to me, and the elderly Golden on the other end of the couch, so it's not so bad. Mr.Momster takes care of the birds - one is 28 (he got her before we met), and he other is 13. He’s also the resident Fish Wrangler.

    Not an open thread, but I just need to vent.

    Sitting here wanting to text this dude I went out with on Sunday (and slept with) and just say I am not interested, but I just feel so bad. One of my friends is trying to slap me into shape by saying I don’t owe this guy anything and should just send the text. But I feel guilty and horrible because

    1 - been on the receiving end of it too many times in the past year and it sucks and it hurts.

    2 - he got laid off yesterday

    3 - part of it is physical. Like making out was bad and the sex was bad and I am 31 years old and I don’t want to spend time trying to teach someone my age the proper way to make out.

    I need to just do it and go back on my no dudes till 2016 thing.

      Honestly, whenever I see “Skarsgard” my brain fills in the rest with “Stellan” and...I was kinda confused for a second there. I mean, that would be the most A+ fucked up mondo-beyondo Tarzan adaptation ever, aaaaand now I’m kind of into it. ??

      True story- I have a relative who worked for Burt & Loni at their property in FL. He said Loni was a very sweet lady and was gracious to all- and Burt- not so sweet.But not entirely a jerk to the staff.
