    And that defense attorney, man. What’s more likely: half of them are lying about being raped because criminals, or the male cop using his power over them to do what he wants, knowing they have bad records?

      Unfortunately my friend, I think you might want to have a handkerchief handy.

      Cops usually get acquitted, rape defendants usually get acquitted and the fact that the Jury has been deliberating for days is usually a bad sign for the prosecution. At least one of those jurors, probably more, thinks there is reasonable doubt about at least some of the charges.

    Three days. Three fucking days. Even if they find him guilty on all charges, please believe this isn’t them just doing their due dilligence. There is at least one asshole troll (probably more) trying to debate out the world backwards to find him guilty on fewer charges or they will hang this all together.

      I did jury duty this year, and the lack of self-awareness among our (predominantly) white jury members was astonishing. One guy wanted to convict the (black) guy who was on trial, because in his experience, his white son was given the benefit of the doubt when he broke the law, and he assumed that the police gave this 40 year-old black man the same treatment.

      I see a lot here making references to white people. Why? What does this have to do with white people? Holtzclaw is half Asian. How come when bi-racial or bi-ethnic people like Holtzclaw and George Zimmerman (Hispanic mother) are evil, they’re identified by their white side? But you know if the script were flipped and he was a victim of something, he’d be identified as Asian. Zimmerman would’ve been identified as Hispanic. I'm not saying being Asian or Hispanic made them evil. I'm saying being half white didn't either.
