This is actually the second of these incidents. A student found a severed pig’s head in a toilet next to a Muslim prayer room at the University of Western Australia last Saturday.

The level of planning such an act involves indicates an advanced level of bigoted psychopathy. Actual pogroms are not out of the question given how people like Trump are legitimizing Islamophobia.

You’re right that these cretins are hateful sadists, but it doesn’t take an elaborate plan to pull this off.

      - acquire pigs head

      - transport pigs head

      - place pigs head

I meant that doing something like this can’t be dismissed as an impulsive act like smashing a window or writing something nasty on a wall. It required money, transportation, and planning. That indicates a really deep well of hatred and organization.

How hard would it be to find the person who bought (butchered?) a pigs head, especially in an urban area? There can’t be that many people who bought/sold a pigs head, or who have access to pigs, formerly with a head.

Seems within the realm of forensic investigation.

Seems to me the kind of person that would do this kind of thing probably wouldn’t be totally against obtaining a pig’s head through less...retail channels. Or they just know someone with pigs that’s as big a piece of shit as they are.

You can get them in Chinatown but seeing as they were seen in a pick up truck, I’d doubt they would go to Chinatown. Places that sell BBQ meats have one or two out. They’re from small suckling pigs.

This is the kind of thing that Trump encourages. This is why hate speech laws exist. Why can’t Americans grasp this.

Ah yes, throwing severed animal heads at people who had nothing to do with anything. That’ll stop terrorism and totally doesn’t make you, the severed head thrower, look absolutely psychotic!

Man, this makes me wish that actual social justice warriors was a thing. There should be a motorcycle gang that goes around beating the shit out of racists like this, because clearly they have no qualms on acting out.

I drove past this Mosque (a few blocks from my house) on the way home from work yesterday and thought to myself “for as rough as Philly can be, at least we haven’t had protesting in front of Mosques” and I saw this and felt sick to my stomach. To call this act cowardly and shameful for everyone is an understatement. At least the protesting bozos have the nerve to show their faces.

I interact with a few people of Muslim faith in my day to day and I have found them to be very kind and peaceful to the point that I feel like a clod in comparison. To think that they are bearing the brunt of such ignorance and hatred really makes me upset.

Ironic that there are people in this country who are scared shitless about a group of people who might attack for no reason, yet they are the ones attacking for no reason and scaring a group of people.

For the record, I am a Lutheran-raised white person.

My first response was to e-mail the mosque to say that I stand with them. They are not receiving mail today. Don’t blame them. For the record, I am a Catholic white person.

And so it begins. This type of behavior will spread like a fucking wildfire because our politicians are pretty much encouraging it at this point.

I don’t really see this getting curbed any time soon either. Open racism is in vogue for 2016 for sure.

What kills me is this line:

“I’d just like to state for the record that Allah is a piece of pork shit.”

“Allah” just means God, dude. And you KNOW they’re probably Bible- thumpers who claim to love God, so... you wanna rephrase that, sunshine?
