    Day 308:

    I have to drive an hour to have birthday drinks with my best friend’s wife because being in the car for a grand total of two hours is preferable to the ensuing guilt trip I’ll get if I skip.

    FRIENDSHIP. He can’t be arsed to drive 20 minutes to hang out where I live most of the time, but I’m expected there even though he, literally, said he doesn’t consider me one of her friends.

    Let’s drink to good friends.
