    I just love the comments calling out Muslims as a swath of savage terrorists. I mean yes of course they’re the only group who’s EVER produced horrible genocidal murderers. Obviously. By that same logic we should just remove ALL Europeans from Europe given that when I was a young girl, I learned that only Europeans ever held slaves and only the Germans ever committed genocide and only the catholics ever started bloody religious wars like the Inquisition. Hell, pretty sure white American men are the scariest bunch in the US right now considering the demographics of mass shooters over the last few years. Or maybe it’s police officers since all I see reported are police shootings and brutality. Maybe we should just remove people from the planet earth. I think that should do it.

      To transport or carry your firearms, you need what is called a motif légitime. So if you are a sports shooter you can transport it, locked or disassembled, to and from the range or the gun store – that’s about it. If you are a hunter, you can carry your category C long gun during approved hunting periods and hours and on the property for which you have your tags.

      You might as well forget about carrying a firearm for self-defense. That requires an entirely different permit process that makes California concealed-carry look like a cake-walk. Think judges in criminal trials, high-ranking politicians, and people with enough political grease but certainly not your average Jacques.

    I have said this before and I will say it again. France has a big problem with their North African populations. I speak French fluently and I’ve lived and worked in Paris for a year. They holed those North Africans in the Cites, which are massive housing projects many miles out of the city. Cabrini Green and Bed Stuy at least were a 10 min metro ride from some outside chance of economic opportunity. The Cite on the other hand are an hour or more from the heart of Paris. I know very well- my girlfriend at the time was French Morrocan and was from a Cite. There is no hope there in the Cite. They are also almost impossible to police as well. They are the sine qua non of radicalism in France. You just don’t see this level of Islamic radicalism elsewhere in Europe and atrocious urban planning decisions are a big part of the problem. Also the French are racist as fuck.
