      Since Mr. Jones was in Florida and the cop (who shall remain unnamed) was not in uniform and was not in a LEO identifiable vehicle, it’s a shame that Mr. Jones did not invoke the stand your ground defense and fire away at the cop and then later state he was in danger for his safety.
