Anyone else notice republicans never talk about managing the government?

    Just cut.

At what point is cutting over? When there is no government? Are they all secret anarchists? Does anyone of them on stage think that we should have a government at all?

Like - 50 years from now, straight GOP government, do we even have a budget? Or is there like 400 people with everything and whoever is president has to just fly around America at 5,000 feet with a giant sign hanging off the plane saying:

    “EAT YOUR BOOTSTRAPS”

Honestly, I need to know the answer to that question.

But for real, this is what I try to explain to people who are Republicans. The Republican Party is no longer a conservative entity or a representative governing body for conservative Americans.. It is increasingly radical and extremist.

      No doubt.

      I say the same thing.

Norman Ornstein. Thomas Mann. 2 long time conservative academics at the American enterprise institute, call the GOP of today “an insurgent party of radicals”

Conservatives calling out conservatives. And still republican voters can’t see it. They’re “RINOs”

I mean literally, how do they figure out how to vote? If they can't see through this bull shit? Ugh...

As a scientist, an evolutionary microbiologist, I am disappointed when religious zealots are reluctant to accept substantive evidence for evolution. On the other hand, when an individual like Ben Carson, a neurosurgeon, denies it, it just takes me to a whole new level of disgust. How can do deny this? Sigh!

That’s weird to me too, since I went to Cathoic school and we learned all about Darwin and evolution.

When we were just starting to learn about it, they said that it wasn’t against Church teaching to acknowledge evolution.

My school was progressive for a Catholic school.

      Not really.

“Catholic schools in the United States and other countries teach evolution as part of their science curriculum.”

I just finished Ben Bernanke’s “Courage to act” And he fucking trashes Rand Paul and his father concerning their understanding of economics.

He specifically cited their inexplicable need to find a conspiracy in everything.

In short - Fuck Rand Paul and his complete misunderstanding of economics, and therefore America.

Well, shit. I started a business last year. Imma call my bank and let them know I don’t need the $297,700 overage they paid out to me on my SBA loan. Then i’m call my creditors and be like “I know you think I owe you $5000, but I’ve been crunching the numbers and that just can’t be right, according to Jeb! .”

Oh, I don’t much mind that, anymore. It was pretty clear the minute he got into the race calling Mexican immigrants rapists that people actually believed him. I’m just tired of the whole game, now. He’s introduced nothing new to this joke, and I’m bored with him for it.

I mean, he’s still on China, Mexico and Russia. Introduce a new plot twist or character to this sitcom, already. Now, if he decided to go H.A.M. on Kim Jong Un, then maybe I’d tune back in.

Rand Paul is the best candidate of either party. Unfortunately his mantra of realism will fall on deaf ears.

    Questions for Jeb:

Give your pro-life stance, would you have supported Hitler’s mom getting an abortion? If not, why is it better to have killed him as a child (a crime) vs. aborting a fetus (not a crime)?

Given your heavy involvement with the Schiavo case, how can you argue that you’re for small government when your actions showed you were anything but?

You clearly started reading the Scarlet Letter. Did you ever finish reading it? Because your actions as Florida governor indicate otherwise.

Did you also read the Hand Maid’s Tale? If so, do you also think that’s a good idea?

Do you know the definition of irony?
