    It honestly sounds like he fucked up big time by going to the national enquirer. Like, she used to give away cars to total strangers, she would have tried to help him.

    anecdote that has nothing to do with this, when I worked for starbucks and we came out with the Oprah Chai I met a woman who was so obsessed with Oprah that she had a tattoo of the "O" and she confessed to me that she HATED the drink but would drink it anyway because she loved Oprah so much

      It sounds as if she repeatedly tried to help this man and his family when he was a child, but he dropped out of the two private schools for which she paid the tuition. That’s very different from his claim (funded and probably scripted by the National Enquirer) that she tried to adopt him and then abandoned him, so summarizing the story as “much of what he claimed is true” isn’t remotely accurate.

    The worst part of being pregnant is the unsolicited advice.

    If you’ve never been pregnant, I’ll sum it up for you: You have ceased to matter as an independent human being, and your only value on this planet is to create the perfect environment for that baby, even if that means following lifestyle advice that has no scientific backing.

      It’s crazy because Chrissy Teigen was so open about her fertility struggles, do these people not think she’s invested in this baby?? “Took us years to conceive so now that we finally have I’m so, meh. Bring on the IQ-lowering processed foods and all da bluntz! Who cares what happens!”

      Also anyone who thinks that it’s cereal that’s gonna fuck up your baby is crazy. You know what actually does fuck up a fetus? Stress. Like the kind you get when strangers continuously tell you you’re ruining your baby for no reason.

    If Jenna Jameson legit learned about Judaism and decided to convert, then good for her. But one thing I can’t stand is when someone starts dating a new person, and all of a sudden they become a “new person” themselves, adopting certain beliefs or a new religion that they were never interested in before, but now claim to be “so all about!” when clearly, it’s just them changing themselves because of this other person they’re now in a relationship with. Being with somebody does not mean that you should suddenly change serious things about yourself and claim that you always felt that way, especially when you were clearly on the other side of the fence before that person came into your life. Not saying that’s the case here, just saying it frustrates the hell out of me when that is the case. For instance, I’ve seen friends start dating a new guy and suddenly they go from being an activist fighting for women’s rights and freedoms to being a bible thumping housewife who only wants to please her husband and cook and clean up after him, and starts acting like all other women should do so, too, or their lives will never be fulfilling. Like, I get you love this person, but don’t change yourself to be more appealing to them. Argh.

      You just described one of my good college friends. She was this open-minded sweetheart who identified as a Democrat. She was compassionate, didn’t want to argue politics with anyone.

      Then she marries this conservative marine who has a hard on for cops. Now she’s all outspoken on gun rights, sympathizes with the cops in every situation, likes Donald Trump.

      Our mutual friend and I are shocked at how much she changed for her disgusting husband. No respect for her anymore.

      Oh men do it too. I’ve had a few friends convert to Judaism. Which is fine of course. But all of a sudden, they may or may not go on a birthright and they start completely being a different person. Sharing endless pro Israel posts and endless anti Palestine articles. To someone on Facebook, it's like they shared cat videos before and then one day blam!
