    I was thinking about this for about a good minute before something hit me as to what it probably was.

    It could’ve been someone smuggling drugs in their stomach, and it ruptured drove the guy insane and killed him.. that’s my guess.

    Not sure what this poor guy had but my father reently had similar symptoms when he had a kidney issue that caused higher levels of creatinine where he couldn’t think and literally fought my brother who was trying to help and when we gave him thermometer, he started chewing it. Once he fell unconscious, he was taken to hospital where things became under control. I am so sorry for him.
